SABA celebrates an inspired, sophisticated way of life, rich with value and purpose.

This is the philosophy that governs our social and environmental commitment. We know that to create a strong fashion future, we must ensure that people and nature can flourish.

Social impact is at our heart, and we are committed to providing fair and just working conditions and upholding human rights standards. We’re also working on making the best possible material choices, and our enduring relationships with expert producers are helping us build quality and resilience into everything we do.

Our industry has a long way to go, but we’re committed to being part of the change. We want everyone to be part of fashion’s bright future.

We’re committed to progress and have laid out some bold strategies for the next few years of change in SABA. Here’s what we’ll be working on in the lead up to 2025.

Social Impact & Supply Chain

Acting on our commitment to social welfare and gender equality by partnering with a leading human rights organisation and establishing worker empowerment programs in our key factories. Celebrating the expertise of our supply partners through dedicated profiles and increased transparency.

Materials & Tracing

Completing the final stages of our fabric tracing, moving into tracing yarn and raw fibre production to start creating visibility at the grower level. Increasing our use of organic and traceable linen, wool and cotton across our ranges, and prioritising the transition from virgin synthetic fabrications to recycled alternatives.

Working with climate experts to measure and set reduction pathways for our carbon emissions, and supporting the constant improvement of chemical management, water management and recycling facilities with our supply partners.

Investigating ways to reduce cutting room floor waste and unused fabrics, and establishing dedicated programs with resale and rental partners to keep unsold or unwanted products in use for longer.

Transition to 100% recyclable or reusable packaging.
